How does the subscription work?

Simple. You choose the amount of packs you would like to receive on a bi-monthly basis. You will get your 1st package when you subscribe, and then every 2 months a new package will be sent out to you. You will only be charged every 2 months, and you can cancel the subscription at any time.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes we do! We offer Free 3-5 Day Delivery (through standard shipping) for all orders.

When will my order ship?

Orders will usually be shipped within 12-24 business hours. Please note that it may take up to 48 hours for your tracking information to update on the carrier's tracking website. Most packages take 3 -5 days from the ship date to arrive.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Our Standard Shipping usually takes 3-5 business days from the day it shipped to arrive to its final destination. Our Express Shipping usually takes from 2-3 business days. If you would like to know more about your shipping status, please email us to support@shieldeck.com, and we will provide you with the most updated tracking information.

Do you ship internationally?

We only ship our products inside the United States.

My order stopped tracking but hasn't arrived! What should I do?

Oh no! We're so sorry to hear this. Please email us at support@shieldeck.com, along with your order number and first and last name, so we can look into this for you right away!

How do I change my shipping address?

If you are not a subscriber, please contact us immediately at support@shieldeck.com with the subject line URGENT: Incorrect Address, and we will make sure your order gets to you! Please take into consideration that we have very quick shipping times, therefore, if you take more than 1 hour to send us the email, the order may have been shipped already. If you are a subscriber and your order has not been processed yet, you can update your address at any time through your Account Page. Please always be sure to keep your shipping information up to date!

Can I cancel my order?

To make an order cancellation, please contact us immediately at support@shieldeck.com. If you cancel your purchase within 1 hour, we can unconditionally refund your money. Otherwise, your items will have to be sent back to us once they reach you.

Returns

What do I do if something arrives broken or damaged?

If your product is defective, immediately let our staff know, and we will send you a replacement for free after investigating the malfunction.

What is your return policy?

We offer free 30-day returns, just email us at support@shieldeck.com and we will send you the return instructions. Please note that the product must be received in original working condition with original packaging with all its accessories. The refund will be processed once our team confirms the receipt of the product/s in perfect condition.

What do I do if the product stopped working inside the 1-year warranty period?

If one of your products stops working within the 1-year window, please email us at support@shieldeck.com, and we will send you a replacement product with the fastest shipping possible. Our policy: we offer a 1-year limited warranty for all products purchased from our website. The warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. Please note that the warranty does not cover defects or damages resulting from improper use, accidental drops, or abuse. The warranty specifically excludes the bulb's lifespan, as it is considered a consumable item. If the bulb dies during the warranty period, it will not be covered by the warranty. The warranty also does not cover damage caused by mistreatment of the product, including but not limited to, exposure to water or extreme temperatures.
