How do I change my shipping address?
If you are not a subscriber, please contact us immediately at support@shieldeck.com with the subject line URGENT: Incorrect Address, and we will make sure your order gets to you! Please take into consideration that we have very quick shipping times, therefore, if you take more than 1 hour to send us the email, the order may have been shipped already.

Can I cancel my order?

What do I do if something arrives broken or damaged?
If your product is defective, immediately let our staff know, and we will send you a replacement for free after investigating the malfunction.
What is your return policy?
We offer free 30-day returns, just email us at support@shieldeck.com and we will send you the return instructions. Please note that the product must be received in original working condition with original packaging with all its accessories. The refund will be processed once our team confirms the receipt of the product/s in perfect condition.
What do I do if the product stopped working inside the 1-year warranty period?
If one of your products stops working within the 1-year window, please email us at support@shieldeck.com, and we will send you a replacement product with the fastest shipping possible.
Our policy: we offer a 1-year limited warranty for all products purchased from our website. The warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. Please note that the warranty does not cover defects or damages resulting from improper use, accidental drops, or abuse.
The warranty specifically excludes the bulb's lifespan, as it is considered a consumable item. If the bulb dies during the warranty period, it will not be covered by the warranty. The warranty also does not cover damage caused by mistreatment of the product, including but not limited to, exposure to water or extreme temperatures.
