Returns
If your product is defective, immediately let our staff know and we will send you a replacement for free after investigating the malfunction.
We are unable to accept returns on retailer purchases, incorrectly purchased products, and products damaged due to customer error.
Lastly, we do not accept returns for non-damaged items or items that have been delivered incorrectly that have passed the 30 day money back guarantee period.
To put in a request for a return, please email our support staff. Once the claim is approved, they will ask you to send your items back to our global warehouse in Miami. Please note that the purchaser will bear any shipping costs associated with the returns.
30 Day Return Policy - Money Back Guarantee
We offer a free 30 day return policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply send the product back within 30 days of receiving your product and we'll promptly refund your money once we receive your product.
The shipping and label cost will be paid by us. It will be completely free for you to return your products. We will send you the shipping label already paid and you just have to drop it off in the couriers office.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Please note that the product must be received in original working condition with original packaging with all its accessories. The refund will be processed once our team confirms the receipt and approval of the money back guarantee policy.
To be eligible for 30-day return & refund policy, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not received a refund yet, first please wait 3-8 business days and check your bank account constantly.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Cancellations
To make an order cancellation, please contact us immediately at support@shieldeck.com. If you cancel your purchase within 1 hour, we can unconditionally refund your money. Otherwise, your items will have to be sent back to us once they reach you.
